Davey ASHS60-08T AquaShield MAX UV Pressure Boosting System for Rainwater with Torrium2 Controller

Equipped with an HS60-08 surface pump and a Torrium2 automatic controller, the ASHS60-08T is a packaged UV pressure boosting system in the Davey Aquashield MAX series. This model is designed for pressure boosting, filtration, and UV disinfection of domestic rainwater and potable water supplies. It is suitable for large home potable water supplies, school shower and toilet blocks, and guest house potable water supplies.

Constructed with a 304 stainless steel pump casing and backplate, the pump stages are manufactured from glass-filled noryl. The pump impellers are constructed from glass-filled polycarbonate, and the shaft is constructed from 303 stainless steel. This system operates with water temperatures from 8°C up to 40°C, and handles maximum ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

Operating on a 240 V single-phase supply with a frequency of 50 Hz, the integrated Torrium2 TT70 controller achieves automatic pump flow control by adjusting start-up pressures and run-on times. Plumbing ports are 32 mm BSP Male for the inlet and 25 mm BSP Male for the discharge outlet. The system has a maximum flow capacity limit of 70 L/Min.

This system incorporates a polyethylene cover and a 304 stainless steel framing chassis. The treatment path uses a 20 micron pleated fabric cartridge and a 1 micron spun melt cartridge ahead of the Steriflo UV disinfection chamber. The maximum operating system pressure limit is 700 kPa, and the unit weighs 92 kg.
