Maintaining residential pool sanitation with reduced salt concentrations becomes simpler with the Davey ChloroMatic Nipper DNP15CLS low salt and mineral water chlorinator. Developed for compact residential pool systems, the unit combines automated chlorination control with flexible compatibility for standard salt, mineral salt, and low salt pool environments.

Chlorine production reaches 15 g/hr with calcium hypochlorite equivalency extending to 23 g/hr during operation. The chlorinator operates from a single-phase 240V power supply with maximum power consumption of 0.12 kW and supports salt concentrations between 1500 and 6000 ppm. Recommended pool coverage extends to 60,000 litres in cool climates, 48,000 litres in temperate climates, and 36,000 litres in hot or tropical conditions.

Water sanitisation performance is supported through a high-performance reverse polarity U-shaped cell engineered to assist reduction of calcium scale accumulation during chlorination cycles. Adjustable chlorine output settings, integrated alarm functions, and dual programmable timers provide greater operational flexibility for day-to-day filtration management, while the integrated safety flow switch assists protection during reduced water flow conditions.

Outdoor durability is supported through a UV stabilised enclosure with IP34 environmental protection. The system also incorporates battery backup protection to retain operational settings during power interruptions and includes a dedicated pump GPO supporting loads up to 9 A. Plumbing compatibility is configured for 50 mm inlet and outlet connections to simplify residential pool equipment installation.
