The cartridge element incorporates a 180 ft² filtration surface area and is designed for use with Davey CrystalClear ER filtration systems operating in salt water, mineral salt, and fresh water swimming pools. The filtration system supports maximum flow rates up to approximately 450 L/Min together with 6-hour pool turnover capacities up to approximately 157,000 litres under suitable operating conditions. Wide and deep pleat filtration construction assists with maintaining efficient water flow while supporting improved debris retention performance and enhanced filtration efficiency during everyday filtration operation.

The filter element is fabricated from heavy duty reusable polyester fabric designed to support dependable long-term operating durability together with easier cleaning procedures and longer cartridge service life. Large spacing between pleats further assists with simplified maintenance access and extended filtration cycles while helping maintain stable filtration performance during routine pool operation.

The cartridge element is designed as a replacement filtration component for Davey CrystalClear ER cartridge filter systems and supports straightforward removal and replacement during scheduled servicing procedures.
