Davey FP7X40A 304 Stainless Steel Industrial Multi-Cartridge Filter Housing with Swing Bolt Lid

The Filterpure FP7X40A multi-cartridge filter housing is designed for commercial and industrial filtration, irrigation, and pre-filtration for commercial ultraviolet systems. It is suitable for standard floor-mounted setups requiring high flow rates with low pressure drop. This unit offers a filtration solution for high volume water systems.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel as standard, the shell housing contains internal components and provides corrosion resistance. It holds seven 40-inch depth cartridges or fourteen 20-inch pleated cartridges with a joiner, achieving a filter surface area of 1.38 square meters. The housing operates in liquid temperatures up to 110°C.

The housing operates under a maximum pressure of 1000 kPa and achieves a maximum flow rate of 526 L/Min. Plumbing connection sizing features 50mm BSP threaded connections on the side inlet and side outlet as standard. A three-quarter inch BSP drain port with drain cap is located at the bottom of the vessel.

Maintenance features include a swing bolt lid closure that allows quick cartridge changeout. The housing includes a vent valve and pressure gauge on the cover for pressure monitoring. Internal components include 304 stainless steel compression seat plate assemblies and tube guides to maintain cartridge alignment during operation.
