Davey FPBAGX40 304 Stainless Steel Industrial Bag Filter Housing with Support Stand

The Filterpure FPBAGX40 bag filter housing is designed for commercial and industrial filtration as well as pre-treatment for commercial ultraviolet systems. It is suitable for standard floor-standing installations where frequent cartridge replacement is costly. This housing provides a cost-effective alternative to multi-cartridge systems.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel, the housing accommodates a separate filter bag and incorporates a stainless steel stand with adjustable leg heights. The housing body surrounds the internal space, featuring a swing bolt cover closure. The unit features a positive cover O-ring seal, with an empty weight of 30 kg.

This housing achieves a maximum flow rate of 612 L/Min when using a 1700 micron bag and 582 L/Min with a 25 micron bag. It operates at a maximum pressure of 1000 kPa and liquid temperatures up to 110°C. Connection sizes feature a 50mm BSP female side inlet and a bottom outlet port.

The unit has a filter surface area of 0.5 square meters and requires an overhead clearance of 400 mm for bag removal. It incorporates a spring-loaded bag hold-down system and a vent valve. The housing is intended for general filtration and is not recommended for final-stage fine-micron filtration or cyst removal. The housing is designed for inline water filtration applications.
