Davey KAQS-S Covered AquaShield 3-Stage UV System for Rainwater with Smart Controller

Constructed with a protective wall mount cover, the KAQS-S represents a specialized water treatment system within the Davey AquaShield 3-Stage UV System range. This model is designed for the multi-stage filtration and disinfection of rainwater, bore water, or surface water supplies. It is suitable for wall-mounted outdoor installations.

Constructed with a polished 316L stainless steel UV chamber, the system features a satin black powder-coated cover. The dual filter housings are manufactured from glass-filled polypropylene and house a 20 micron pleated polyester and a 1 micron spun polypropylene cartridge. The unit operates in temperatures from 0°C up to 40°C.

Operating on a 240 V electrical supply, the system has a total power draw of 57 W with a 45 W UV lamp. This system achieves a recommended treating flow rate of 56.8 L/Min at a 30 mJ/cm² UV dose. Plumbing connections are standard 1 inch Male and Female NPT threads, supplied with BSP to NPT adapters.

The system features a fully enclosed smart control box with an LED screen displaying system status. The satin black cover incorporates locking holes to limit unauthorized access or tampering with the electrical controls. The system operates under a maximum water pressure of 827 kPa.

Warranty: 10 years on stainless steel chamber, 3 years on electronic controller, 12 months on UV lamps and UV sensors, and 12 months on filter housings.
