Fibreglass-reinforced engineered plastic vessels inside a high-density polyethylene cabinet contain non-solvent cation exchange resin. The included bypass valve and pre-filter simplify installation and provide additional sediment protection for the softener.

Operating on pressures from 1.0 to 8.6 bar, the system delivers 78 to 114 L/min without electricity. The non-corrosive multi-vessel control valve uses metered countercurrent regeneration to maintain performance based on actual water usage.
