It is designed for compatible 10 inch Jumbo housings with approximately 114 mm diameter. The large diameter allows for higher flow rates and dirt holding capacity than standard 2.5 inch cartridges in diverse facilities managing high sediment loads.

Manufactured from 100 percent pure food grade polypropylene, the housing utilizes thousands of interlocked thermally bonded fibers. The construction process excludes the use of gaskets, binders, fillers, surfactants, or center cores. This design is intended to limit fiber migration and contaminant release when the system experiences surges in flow or pressure. The media meets regulatory guidelines for potable water use and structural purity. It has no chemical residue or surfactants to be concerned about during standard operation.

Mechanical specifications include a flow rate of 84 L/Min for high-demand residential or commercial facilities. The fluid path utilizes a 20 micron nominal rating to trap suspended solids such as sand, silt, rust, and algae. It is a passive mechanical filter that operates without electrical power or motor drive systems.
