Davey Microlene HF1M 5 Stage High Flow Under Bench Water Filtration System

High flow water purification for residential and workplace environments is provided by the Davey Microlene HF1M under bench filtration system. This unit is for installation where an existing tap is utilized, purifying all cold water supplied through the faucet. It is for both mains and rainwater applications, reducing taste, odour, and chemicals. The system is typically installed by a licensed plumber to integrate with existing cabinetry.

Constructed from materials specified for high purity, the internal cartridge incorporates a 5 stage filtration process. The assembly features water softening beads for treating scaling and hard water conditions. This 1 micron nominal filter reduces sediment, rust, and silt from the water stream. The 1 micron nominal filtration stage provides a tested 99.95 percent reduction of 3 micron cyst-sized particles as verified by laboratory data.

The system operates at a maximum flow rate of 9.5 L/min and is specified for a cartridge capacity of 65,000 litres. All plumbing connections for the system use 1/2 inch BSP male and female fittings, including the spare 450mm braided extension hoses. The cartridge mounting head can be secured vertically or horizontally to the cabinetry wall. It utilizes a twist connection for tool-less manual replacement of the cartridge.

Operational safety is provided by the John Guest Smart Tee which provides isolating and backflow valve functionality. Important: Davey Microlene purifiers are intended for biologically safe water sources. Additional treatment is required where bacteria or viruses are present. The system complies with AS/NZS 4020:2018 and carries the WaterMark certification. A pressure limiting valve and 1/4 inch John Guest tubing are included.
