Long-term operating cost scaling is managed by the Davey Microlene MMXR-NAGAC multi-stage cartridge within the Green Filter Series. This unit combines chemical adsorption with fine particulate control for complex water quality issues. It is for installation in cartridge tanks as a primary filtration stage or for RO pre-filtration SDI reduction. The internal architecture integrates electropositively charged media with a carbon block core.

Constructed from a blend of micro-glass fibers and nanoalumina, the filter features a dual gradient pleated design. The assembly includes an external 20 micron pleated pre-filter and a NanoAl PAC pleated inner filter with Agion biostat technology. A central carbon block core provides the final stage of chemical polishing. This combination uses materials specified as FDA approved to provide compatibility with potable drinking water standards.

The cartridge is specified for the reduction of viruses, bacteria, and colloidal solids through its electropositively charged NanoAl media and multi-stage filtration design. The Green Filter Series provides filtration from 1 down to 0.2 micron through its double pleated configuration. The double O-ring bottom connection is a seal to prevent untreated water bypass, while integrated filter belly bands provide structural integrity.

Safety features include Agion antimicrobial technology that provides protection by resisting microbial growth 24/7. The cartridge allows for the reduction of bad taste and odour from potable drinking water while providing a low pressure drop. A handle designed top cap is featured for manual removal, facilitating tool-less maintenance. This solution includes a disposal bag for spent units to support site hygiene protocols.
