Davey Microlene MPQCUBS Premium Quick Connect Under Bench Water Filter Kit

Urban water chemistry management is the primary function of the Davey Microlene MPQCUBS under bench purified drinking water system. This kit is for home and workplace environments where reduction of chlorine, taste, and odour is required from mains water. It includes a chrome bench top tap and a quick-connect design to allow manual maintenance without specialized tools. The system includes all necessary tubing and connections for an under bench setup.

Constructed with a purifier cartridge, the system incorporates granulated activated carbon bonded with silver ion to extend the sanitisation life. The internal media includes KDF components for high-capacity reduction of selected dissolved contaminants and heavy metals. This two stage process filters water down to 1 micron, removing sediment such as rust and grit. The purifier has been independently tested to achieve 99.94 percent reduction of Cryptosporidium cysts.

The unit operates at a rated flow rate of 4 L/min and is specified for a sanitisation life span of three years or 30,000 litres. As an urban mains water solution, it provides delivery of purified water for drinking and food preparation. The quick-connect connection type allows the user to swap cartridges by twisting the unit into the mounting head. It is designed to purify water from municipal sources that are already biologically safe.

Safety protection is provided by the silver ion bonding which inhibits microbial growth within the carbon bed. Important: Davey Microlene purifiers are intended for biologically safe water sources. Additional treatment is required where bacteria or viruses are present. The recommended cartridge replacement interval is every 6 to 12 months depending on usage. The purifier complies with AS/NZS 4348:1995 for domestic water treatment appliances.
