The white sump and black cap are manufactured from reinforced polypropylene for pressurized lines.

Constructed from reinforced polypropylene, the housing is resistant to environmental loads and chemical degradation. It utilizes standard 10 inch cartridges with an outer diameter between 63.5mm and 68.5mm, accommodating various sediment and chemical reduction filters. The unit features a built-in pressure relief valve on the cap to facilitate manual pressure release during maintenance intervals. It is specified for a maximum pressure of 880 kPa.

The unit operates with 20mm 3/4 inch BSP female inlet and outlet connections, measuring 310mm in height and 115mm in width. As a passive filtration vessel, it relies on hydraulic pressure to force water through the selected cartridge media for contaminant removal. Its large internal volume accommodates high-capacity cartridges for whole-of-house filtration applications. It operates within water temperatures of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.

Operational safety is provided by WaterMark certification and adherence to WMTS-103 licensing standards. The housing design is a single cap and sump assembly, distinguishing it from complete filter kits.
