Davey Steriflo ALX10/12 Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System with Ten Indium Amalgam Lamps

The Davey Microlene Steriflo ALX10/12 ultraviolet disinfection system is designed for high volume commercial watering, farm washdown, and large scale agricultural irrigation. It is suitable for non-validated potable water supply and final stage greywater treatment prior to discharge, utilizing indium amalgam lamps for high operating temperatures.

Constructed from electropolished 316 stainless steel, the disinfection chamber contains internal elements. It features ten high purity quartz sleeves housing ten GIA1554NW high efficiency lamps, sealed with twenty food grade silicon O-rings. The control panel is polyester powder coated mild steel, and treatment chamber weight is TBA.

The 2025 Watt system operates on a 230–240V / 50Hz power supply with a 15 Amp circuit breaker. It achieves a design flow of 275 cubic meters per hour, which equals 4583 L/Min, under 40 mJ/cm² dosage for distilled water. Inlet and outlet plumbing connections feature 150mm Table E flanges on the chamber ports.

Thermal management includes fan forced ventilation of 105 cubic meters per hour inside the IP54 rated panel. An alpha numeric LCD display provides system status indications. Individual lamp fault detection, low UV alarm, and standard volt free remote alarm contacts rated at 5A are integrated into the control system.
