Davey Steriflo ALX4/6 Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System with Four Quartz Sleeves

To resolve high volume disinfection challenges, the Davey Microlene Steriflo ALX4/6 ultraviolet system is designed for large scale irrigation, farm washdown, and playing field watering. It is also suitable for greywater treatment and non-validated potable water supply. This unit is designed with four high output indium amalgam lamps for high water temperatures.

Manufactured from electropolished 316 stainless steel, the disinfection chamber contains internal components. It features four high purity quartz sleeves housing four GIA1554NW lamps, sealed with eight food grade silicon O-rings. The chamber weighs 70 kg, while the polyester powder coated mild steel control panel weighs 50 kg.

Operating on a 230–240V / 50Hz power supply, this system consumes 815 Watts and utilizes a 6 Amp circuit breaker. The unit achieves a design flow of 70 cubic meters per hour, which equals 1166 L/Min, for distilled water at 40 mJ/cm² dosage. Inlet and outlet plumbing connections feature 100mm Table E flanges.

The control panel features an IP54 protection rating and incorporates fan forced ventilation rated at 105 cubic meters per hour. It integrates an alpha numeric LCD screen showing operating hours and status. Individual lamp failure detection is standard, alongside volt free remote alarm contacts rated at 5A.
