Wastewater transport and domestic drainage applications represent the primary uses of this modular level controller. Built within a wall-mounted cabinet, the LC 241 1 x 13-18 DOL 3X230/400 MO OPT is designated for outdoor (mo) installations. Commissioning is performed using Bluetooth Smart technology via the start-up wizard on the Grundfos GO app.

Constructed from painted metal, the cabinet provides physical housing for the control components, achieving an IP65 enclosure class. The wall-mounted enclosure has a net weight of 42 kg and operates within ambient temperatures from -5 to 40 °C. Cabinet dimensions are 400 mm width, 600 mm height, and 300 mm depth.

The controller operates on a three-phase 415v power supply with a frequency rating of 50 or 60 Hz. The rated current is 13-18 A, requiring a 35 A back-up fuse. Starting and running capacitors are not applicable, as this unit coordinates direct-on-line pump starts.
