The Jung Pumpen Hebefix 100 is a compact above-floor lifting station designed for pumping faeces-free domestic and commercial wastewater where gravity drainage is not possible. With a tank capacity of approximately 75 litres, the system provides an efficient solution for drainage from sinks, washing machines, dishwashers and showers in basements, laundries and utility rooms.
Constructed with a durable watertight polyethylene tank, the Hebefix 100 includes four combination inlet connections suitable for pipes with external diameters of 50 mm or 110 mm, allowing flexible installation for multiple fixtures. The pressure discharge pipe can be routed out of either the left or right side of the tank with a 1½" outlet connection.
Designed for convenient installation, the lifting station can be installed directly on the floor without excavation or major construction work. The unit includes an integrated ventilation system with activated carbon filter to reduce odours and a swing-type non-return valve to prevent backflow. Overflow protection and optional alarm system compatibility provide additional operational safety.
The Hebefix 100 tank is designed for wastewater temperatures up to 40°C and can be paired with various Jung Pumpen submersible pumps such as the U3KS, U5KS or US series depending on required flow and installation conditions.
