The Jung Pumpen U3 KS Special is a high quality submersible sump pump designed for draining contaminated water and aggressive liquids in demanding domestic, agricultural and light industrial applications. Built from durable corrosion resistant materials, this pump is capable of handling liquids containing salt, condensate, silage liquor, whey and other mildly aggressive media, making it suitable for specialised drainage environments.
Powered by a 0.32kW 230V single phase motor, the U3 KS Special delivers reliable drainage performance with flow rates up to 6.5 m³/h and a maximum head of approximately 7 metres. The pump features an integrated automatic level control float switch that starts and stops the pump depending on water level, ensuring efficient and convenient sump drainage operation.
The pump is engineered with Jung Pumpen’s EIP hydraulic technology and a five-blade open impeller to maintain consistent performance. A silicon carbide mechanical seal with oil chamber protects the motor from leakage and allows the pump to safely run dry when necessary. With a detachable strainer base, the pump can also achieve low level pumping for removing water down to very shallow depths.
Constructed with stainless steel motor housing and shaft combined with glass reinforced plastic pump components, the U3 KS Special provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance for long service life. It is suitable for continuous operation and can be used in both stationary installations and portable drainage applications.
