A guide rail mounted packaged station featuring twin Lowara DOMO7VX vortex pumps and a 1200L polyethylene tank, the Lowara Pit Pig® PP1200DG-D7VX is suited to effluent and wastewater transfer in residential and light commercial applications. The dual-pump arrangement provides duty/standby redundancy, and both pumps can operate during peak inflow conditions if configured by the control system. It is designed for septic transfer, basement drainage, and general wastewater removal. A separately purchased controller and float switches are required for automatic operation.
Power comes from a 0.55 kW single-phase motor fitted to each DOMO7VX pump, operating at 240V. Each unit delivers up to 260 L/Min flow and 7.1m head. AISI 304 stainless steel bodies with vortex impellers handle solids up to 35mm in diameter. The DRIVELUB seal system with silicon carbide mechanical seals protects each motor, and both pumps are supplied with 10m H07RN-F power cords.
The station incorporates a 1200L rotomoulded polyethylene tank measuring 1200mm in diameter and 1555mm in height. The package includes 40NB PVC pipework, an isolation valve, a non-return valve, lifting chains, and a Class A lid. The guide rail system allows each pump to be raised for servicing without entering the wet well.
