Matelec FPC-11005 IP54 Polycarbonate Pump Controller with 9006 Float Switch for Tank Fill

The Matelec FPC-11005 is a purpose-built tank fill pump controller designed to automatically maintain water levels in storage tanks by controlling a transfer pump. Ideal for rainwater, stormwater and storage tank applications, the unit prevents overflow by shutting off the pump when the tank reaches full capacity and restoring operation when the level drops.

Housed in a durable IP54-rated polycarbonate enclosure, the controller is suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor installation. It operates using a supplied 9006 float switch with a 10 m cable, which detects high-level conditions in the tank and signals the controller to inhibit the pump. A clear “tank full” indicator light provides immediate visual confirmation of system status.

Powered by a 230–240 V single-phase supply, the FPC-11005 includes a built-in GPO outlet to supply power directly to the pump (up to 6 A). Low-voltage control circuitry enhances safety, while plug-and-play components allow quick installation without complex wiring. When the water level falls and the float switch resets, the controller automatically restores power to resume filling.
