MATelec FPC-12570-30-SE Sewage 0-10m Depth 30m Cable Hydrostatic Level Transducer

Where the installation calls for additional cable reach, the FPC-12570-30-SE provides a 30m cable with the same 0–10m sewage depth range listed for the FPC-12570 series. MATelec places this configuration within its sewage hydrostatic level transducer range.

The sensing arrangement is built around a ceramic diaphragm and carries an accuracy specification of ±0.5% F.S. An overload pressure of 1.5 times full scale is also stated, while the published application range covers sewage, wastewater and trade waste depth or level measurement.

Connection to the measuring system is through a 12–30Vdc supply and 4–20mA DC output. The specified response time is 10ms, and the three-wire connection incorporates a breather tube. MATelec's connection diagram identifies blue as -ve and also shows red and yellow wires, while the breather tube must be kept free from kinks and airflow obstruction.

The 30m cable is Ø7.5mm OD PUR polyurethane, while the transducer housing is 316L stainless steel and the protection classification is IP68. MATelec specifies operation between -10°C and 70°C and vibration of 20g over 20–5000Hz. Operating life is greater than 1×10^8 pressure cycles, alongside excellent repeatability, long-term stability and anti-interference ability for the range. The dimensional drawing includes 160mm, Ø28mm, 10mm, 10mm, Ø10mm, 47mm and Ø99mm callouts, while the installation diagram specifies 100mm and 50mm minimum clearances at the sensing end.
