MATelec FPC-12575-10-SE Sewage 0-4m Depth 10m Cable Hydrostatic Level Transducer

Across a 0–4m sewage depth range, the MATelec FPC-12575-10-SE provides the 10m cable configuration listed in the supplied range table. The FPC-12575 series is specified for sewage, wastewater and trade waste level measurement.

Measurement is based on a ceramic diaphragm, with MATelec specifying ±0.5% F.S accuracy. The published overload pressure is 1.5 times full scale, adding a defined pressure limit to the sensing specification.

Signal output is 4–20mA DC and the required supply is 12–30Vdc, with a 10ms response time. A three-wire electrical connection is used with a breather tube, and the MATelec diagram indicates that the tube must not be kinked or obstructed.

The 316L stainless steel housing is protected to IP68, with an operating range of -10°C to 70°C and vibration specified at 20g over 20–5000Hz. The cable is Ø7.5mm OD PUR polyurethane, and operating life is specified at greater than 1×10^8 pressure cycles.
