MATelec FPC-12575-50-SE Sewage 0-4m Depth 50m Cable Hydrostatic Level Transducer

The 50m cable configuration in the MATelec FPC-12575 range is the FPC-12575-50-SE, covering a 0–4m sewage depth range. MATelec identifies this hydrostatic level transducer range for sewage, wastewater and trade waste measurement.

Pressure is measured through a ceramic diaphragm with accuracy specified at ±0.5% F.S. The range also carries a published overload pressure specification of 1.5 times full scale.

Its electrical arrangement uses 12–30Vdc supply voltage and a 4–20mA DC output signal, with a 10ms response time. Connection is through three wires and a breather tube, and the MATelec diagram shows that the breather tube must remain unkinked and unobstructed.

The 50m cable is Ø7.5mm OD PUR polyurethane, and the housing is 316L stainless steel with IP68 protection. MATelec specifies operation from -10°C to 70°C and vibration of 20g over 20–5000Hz, with excellent repeatability, long-term stability and anti-interference ability stated for the range. The dimensional drawing includes 160mm, Ø28mm, 10mm, 10mm, Ø10mm, 47mm and Ø99mm callouts, while the installation diagram specifies 100mm and 50mm minimum clearances at the sensing end.
