MATelec FPC-12661 Undersink Sullage Alarm Controller with 20mm Valve & 10A Dishwasher GPO Shut-Off

An overflowing sullage chamber can affect both the drainage system and connected appliances, making automatic isolation important when a high-level condition occurs. The MATelec FPC-12661 Undersink Alarm Controller responds to rising wastewater by shutting off incoming mains water while simultaneously disconnecting power to the connected dishwasher.

Level monitoring operates via a magnetic float switch inside the collection pit. When effluent reaches the high level threshold, the controller triggers an audible buzzer alarm, pulses closed the 20 mm 12Vdc water valve, de-energizes the integrated 10 Amp dishwasher GPO outlet, and closes an internal volt-free BMS fault contact.

Powered by a 230Vac single-phase supply, the controller uses 12Vdc low-voltage circuitry for all sensor inputs and valve outputs. The 200 x 160 x 95 mm polycarbonate enclosure carries an IP54 protection rating against dust and water splash.

The front keypad features dedicated status LEDs for power on and alarm alongside a mute/reset/test button. The complete package includes two 10 Amp 1.5 m power leads, a 20 mm male-to-male 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valve, and a magnetic float switch with 10 m of connecting lead.
