MATelec FPC-12662-NDY15 Undersink Alarm Controller (NDY Spec) with 15mm Valve & 3x 10A GPOs

Beverage prep stations and kitchenettes utilizing 15 mm pipework require matching plumbing assemblies for consultant-specified flood protection. The MATelec FPC-12662-NDY15 Undersink Sullage Chamber Alarm Controller provides dual-sensor detection and triple-appliance electrical shutdown configured with a 15 mm water shut-off valve to meet Norman Disney & Young specifications.

Monitoring is conducted through a magnetic float switch in the sullage pit and a moisture probe in the drip tray. If liquid trips either sensor, the controller sounds an audible alarm, pulses closed the 15 mm 12Vdc latching solenoid valve, and de-energizes three 10 Amp GPO outlets powering the sullage pump, boiling water unit, and dishwasher.

Powered by a 230Vac single-phase connection, internal circuitry operates all sensors and valve outputs on a 12Vdc low-voltage domain. The enclosure is molded from polycarbonate measuring 330 x 260 x 135 mm with an IP54 rating, incorporating a volt-free BMS output relay.

The front keypad incorporates power and alarm indicator lights alongside a mute/reset/test button. The package includes three 10 Amp 1.5 m power supply leads, a 15 mm male-to-male 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valve, a 10 m magnetic float switch, and a drip tray moisture probe.
