MATelec FPC-12662-NDY2-15 Undersink Alarm Controller (NDY Spec) with Dual 15mm Valves & 3x 10A GPOs

Compact commercial kitchenettes supplied by paired 15 mm hot and cold water feeds require dedicated dual-valve shut-off under consultant flood prevention specifications. The MATelec FPC-12662-NDY2-15 Undersink Sullage Chamber Alarm Controller combines two 15 mm valve outputs with triple-appliance electrical isolation to comply with Norman Disney & Young standards.

The system tracks conditions via a sump magnetic float switch and a base drip tray moisture probe. Upon detecting liquid at either sensor, the controller activates an audible buzzer, sends closing pulses to both 15 mm 12Vdc solenoid valves, and cuts electrical power across three 10 Amp GPO outlets supplying the pump, boiling water unit, and dishwasher.

Running from a 230Vac single-phase electrical supply, the unit converts internal power to an isolated 12Vdc low-voltage system. The IP54 rated polycarbonate enclosure measures 330 x 260 x 135 mm and includes a volt-free common fault contact for BMS monitoring.

The front panel includes a membrane keypad with status indicator lights and a combined mute/reset/test push button. Supplied complete with three 10 Amp 1.5 m mains power cables, two 15 mm male-to-male 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valves, a 10 m magnetic float switch, and a drip tray probe.
