MATelec FPC-12662-NDY2 Undersink Alarm Controller (NDY Spec) with Dual 20mm Valves & 3x 10A GPOs

Facilities equipped with separate hot and cold mains water lines require simultaneous isolation of both feeds during a drainage malfunction. The MATelec FPC-12662-NDY2 Undersink Sullage Chamber Alarm Controller incorporates dual 20 mm valve control and triple-appliance electrical cutoff built to Norman Disney & Young engineering standards.

Sensing relies on a sump float switch and a drip tray moisture probe. When high fluid levels or tray moisture are detected, the controller sounds an audible buzzer, pulses closed two independent 20 mm 12Vdc solenoid valves on both water feeds, and removes power from three 10 Amp GPO sockets connected to the pump, boiling water unit, and dishwasher.

Operating on a single-phase 230Vac supply, the internal PCB provides regulated 12Vdc low-voltage power for all sensors and valve drivers. The 330 x 260 x 135 mm polycarbonate enclosure carries an IP54 weatherproof rating and includes a volt-free BMS fault output.

An electronic keypad provides power on and alarm LEDs with an alarm mute, reset, and test button. The kit includes three 10 Amp 1.5 m power leads, two 20 mm male-to-male 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valves, a 10 m magnetic float switch, and a pre-connected moisture probe.
