MATelec FPC-12666 Undersink Sullage Alarm Controller with 20mm Valve & Dual 10A Dishwasher GPOs

High-capacity commercial dining facilities and office cafeterias often operate multiple dishwashers discharging into a single sullage collection pit. The MATelec FPC-12666 Undersink Sullage Chamber Alarm Controller manages water shut-off and dual-appliance electrical isolation to stop wastewater overflow from paired dishwashing units.

Pit levels are monitored by a submersible magnetic float switch. If wastewater rises to the alarm point, the controller sounds an audible warning buzzer, pulses closed the 20 mm 12Vdc water valve, and disconnects power across two separate 10 Amp GPO outlets supplying both dishwashers, stopping ongoing wash and discharge cycles.

The controller connects to a single-phase 230Vac mains supply, with internal low-voltage 12Vdc circuits powering the float switch and pulse latching solenoid output. The assembly is housed in an IP54 rated polycarbonate enclosure measuring 330 x 260 x 135 mm with a volt-free BMS alarm contact.

User operation is handled via a front electronic keypad featuring power on and alarm LEDs alongside a mute/reset/test button. The package includes three 10 Amp 1.5 m power supply leads, a 20 mm male-to-male 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valve, and a magnetic float switch with 10 m of cable.
