MATelec FPC-12704 Dual Tank 4-Stage Level Indicator with 25% to 100% LED Display & BMS Outputs

Managing dual-vessel fluid storage requires independent level visibility and telemetry signals for each tank from a single installation point. The MATelec FPC-12704 Tank Level Indicator provides simultaneous four-stage LED tracking and BMS relay outputs for two separate storage reservoirs.

The system monitors eight discrete float switch inputs divided into two sets of four channels for Tank 1 and Tank 2. The front panel features two vertical LED columns indicating 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% fill levels for each vessel. Built-in volt-free contact outputs trigger at the 25% and 100% levels for connection to building automation systems.

Operating from a 230Vac single-phase electrical supply, the unit provides internal 24Vac low-voltage power for all sensor circuits. The panel is constructed from powder-coated mild steel measuring 400 x 300 x 150 mm and carries an IP54 weatherproof protection rating.

Internal wiring connects to organized DIN-rail terminal strips, and cable access is provided by a removable bottom gland plate. The unit includes eight model 9004 weighted float switches with 10 m cables and a 1.5 m 10 Amp mains power lead.
