MATelec FPC-12705 Digital Tank Level Indicator with 4-20mA Hydrostatic Transducer & LED Display

Continuous hydrostatic measurement provides a more detailed view of tank level than discrete float-switch indication. The MATelec FPC-12705 Tank Level Indicator converts hydrostatic head pressure into a continuous digital display for monitoring liquid volume within a single reservoir.

Sensing is performed by a submersible 316 stainless steel pressure transducer suspended at the tank floor, transmitting a 4-20mA analogue signal to the controller. A digital LED process meter processes this input to show real-time depth in meters or millimeters, capacity percentage, or total volume in Litres.

The controller connects to a single-phase 230Vac mains supply and includes regulated low-voltage power for the sensor loop. The assembly is housed in an IP44 rated powder-coated mild steel enclosure measuring 300 x 300 x 150 mm.

Conduit entry is managed through a removable gland plate on the enclosure base. The unit comes complete with a potable water rated 316 stainless steel hydrostatic pressure transducer (0 to 4 m range) fitted with 24 m of vented cable and a 1.5 m 10 Amp power cord.
