MATelec FPC-12718 Dual Tank Level Indicator with 4.3" Touchscreen HMI & 4-20mA Transducers

Viewing live tank storage through graphical animations simplifies capacity tracking across multi-tank installations. The MATelec FPC-12718 Dual Tank Level Indicator features a 4.3-inch full-colour touchscreen interface providing real-time graphical and numerical level monitoring for two storage vessels.

Level inputs are captured by two 4-20mA hydrostatic pressure transducers and rendered on the touchscreen display as graphical vessel fill bars alongside depth, percentage, and Litre values. The unit includes user-configurable high and low level alarm thresholds that trigger visual warnings, an internal audible buzzer, and volt-free BMS relay contacts.

Housed in a 400 x 300 x 150 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure rated at IP54, the controller operates from a single-phase 230Vac supply. Internal electronics provide isolated low-voltage power for the touchscreen HMI, analogue sensor inputs, and output relays.

A removable gland plate on the underside allows organized cable routing for power, sensor, and BMS lines. The package includes two 316 stainless steel hydrostatic transducers (0 to 4 m depth rating), two 24 m vented cables, and a 10 Amp 3-pin 1.5 m mains power cord.
