MATelec FPC-12742 Mild Steel IP56 1PH Dual Pump Motor Mount VSD Rain Mains Controller

Two VSDs, two pumps, one rain mains controller - the FPC-12742 is the dual pump member of MATelec's motor mounted VSD family. It handles two drive fault inputs and issues two volt free enable signals while keeping the same rain-first logic as its single pump sibling.

The controller monitors tank level through the 12Vdc float switch input and watches both drives through dedicated VSD fault inputs. When rain water is available, it sends enable signals to both drives and pulse closes the mains water valve. If the rain water runs out, either VSD faults or the power fails, both enable signals stop and the valve pulses open for mains water.

A 400x300x200mm IP56 powder coated mild steel enclosure protects the control module with an inner door and removable gland plate. The rain/mains keypad gives you indicator lights for mains and tank water use and system fault, plus a system test/reset button that checks pump and valve function.

A 25mm female/female 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valve is included with the panel for the mains water side. Optional modifications include a 316 stainless steel enclosure, filter-blocked signal input, tank level meter and fill control, SMS messaging via ME-Link module, and alternative valve sizes.
