MATelec FPC-12750 Polycarbonate IP54 1PH VSD Interface Rain Mains Controller

The FPC-12750 is not a pump starter - it is the interface that sits between your variable speed drive and the rain mains system. This compact panel from MATelec provides the float switch, VSD fault and run signal connections needed for coordinated control.

The controller accepts a 12Vdc input from the low-level float switch to monitor tank level and provides a dedicated VSD fault input so the drive can tell the panel when something goes wrong. When rain water is available, a volt free output sends the run signal to the VSD and the 12Vdc output pulse closes the mains water valve. If the tank runs dry or the power fails, the run signal stops and the valve pulses open for mains water.

A 200x160x95mm IP54 polycarbonate enclosure with mounting brackets houses the low voltage control and input circuitry. The compact format makes it easy to mount near the drive cabinet, and the quick-plug connections on the float and valve side simplify installation.

The front panel carries an electronic keypad with indicator lights for rain water, mains water and system fault, plus a system test button for checking pump and valve function. A 25mm female/female 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valve, 9006 float switch with 10m cable and a 10A 3 pin 1.5m power lead are all included.
