Trenching control cables across civil, rural, or industrial sites can be impractical and cost-prohibitive. The MATelec FPC-13095-2D1AIO-UHF Remote Signal Communicator provides wireless UHF telemetry to transmit two digital signals and one analogue signal between remote water infrastructure points.
The system consists of paired transmitter and receiver panels communicating over dedicated UHF radio frequencies at 434.65MHz. The transmitter accepts two digital inputs and one 4-20mA analogue sensor, broadcasting an encrypted signal burst every 60 seconds across a 500-meter line-of-sight range. The receiver decodes the transmission and reproduces the switched relay contacts and analogue output for pump controller integration.
Both transmitter and receiver enclosures are constructed from powder-coated mild steel measuring 300 x 200 x 150 mm each, carrying an IP55 weatherproof rating for external wall mounting. Both panels operate on single-phase 230Vac power supplies with isolated low-voltage radio electronics.
Each panel features a removable bottom gland plate for conduit entry and connects to mains power via a pre-wired 1.5 m 10 Amp lead. The complete package includes both enclosures, external antennas, Modbus radio cards, and mounting hardware.
