MATelec FPC-15905-F Mild Steel IP54 3PH 18-25A DOL Motor Starter

The FPC-15905-F provides the 18-25A overload range for three phase direct on line motor starting. This starter from MATelec is built for larger single pump loads where a simple start-stop solution is all you need.

A contactor switches the motor supply while the thermal overload relay provides protection against overcurrent. If the current exceeds the 18-25A set point, the pump shuts down automatically, preventing damage to the motor winding.

The starter is housed in an IP54 powder coated mild steel enclosure at 300x300x150mm with a removable gland plate. A padlockable mains power isolator, circuit breaker protected low voltage control and din rail mounted terminals are all included as standard.

The selector switch gives you auto, off and manual control. Auto mode uses two 24Vac digital inputs from floats or pressure switches to start and stop the pump. Manual mode overrides the inputs and runs the pump continuously - handy for bypassing controls during testing. Modifications include IP56 enclosure with inner door, 316 stainless steel, indicator lights, remote start/stop and emergency stop isolation.
