MATelec FPC-33905-L Mild Steel IP44 3PH 30kW Variable Speed Drive Controller

Rated at 30kW, the MATelec Australia FPC-33905-L variable speed controller operates from a three-phase 400Vac supply. The VSD module provides controlled motor starting and variable speed operation. The controller is housed in an IP44 powder-coated mild steel enclosure.

Variable speed operation is managed through the integrated VSD with user interface displaying pump status, speed and current draw. An auto/off/manual selector and potentiometer allow manual speed adjustment. The VSD starts and stops based on digital input signals. Protection features include pump overload shutdown, under-voltage and over-voltage protection, phase failure protection and short-circuit protection.

The enclosure is manufactured from powder-coated mild steel with an IP44 rating. The cabinet includes a padlockable mains isolator switch and a removable gland plate. An optional IP54 enclosure with inner door is available for applications requiring additional protection.

Installation and servicing require isolation of the supply. Electrical connections must be completed by a qualified and registered electrician to comply with wiring regulations.
