MATelec FPC-70013-(AA-E) AS 2941 Compliant 3PH 400Vac Jockey Pump Controller (1.6-18A)

Three-phase fire protection infrastructure requires automated pressure regulation to counteract small line leaks in accordance with Australian Standard AS 2941-2013 Section 5. The MATelec FPC-70013-(AA-E) Jockey/Jacking Pump Controller delivers three-phase motor control, thermal protection, and system monitoring for fire jacking pumps.

Automatic operation is triggered by a digital 12Vdc input from a system pressure switch. An LCD screen and membrane keypad display real-time operational status, logged start counts, fault events, and cumulative pump run hours. Push buttons allow Auto, Off/Reset, and momentary Manual pump actuation, with a configurable post-run timer.

The panel is engineered for a 400Vac three-phase electrical supply and incorporates an industrial contactor matched to an adjustable thermal overload relay covering 0.7 to 18 Amps across model suffixes AA to E. It is housed in a red powder-coated mild steel IP54 enclosure measuring 400 x 300 x 150 mm with a padlockable door isolator.

The controller provides three-phase pump power terminals and a volt-free BMS fault output for facility-wide alarm reporting. Field cabling connects to internal DIN-rail terminals accessible via a removable bottom gland plate.
