MATelec FSW-12520 9010 High Buoyancy Sewage Rated 30m Neoprene NO/NC Float Switch

For installations requiring the 30 m cable option, this 9010 float switch provides the specified switching characteristics and excellent buoyancy of the series. The smooth, robust ABS housing reduces adhesion of foreign materials, while the series is specified for liquid temperatures from 5°C to 60°C and liquid densities from 0.65 to 1.5 g/cm³.

A microswitch with NO and NC contacts operates at a switching angle of 20° from horizontal. The maximum run current is 6 A at 240 Vac, with a contact life of 10,000 switches and a switching speed of 600/min.

Protection is IP68 @ 20 m (65 ft), with a working pressure of 0.35 MPa. The cable is 7 mm Neoprene rubber with 3 x 0.75 mm² construction, and this model is supplied with 30 m of cable.

The 9010 also features excellent buoyancy. During setup, the cable is secured at the required height and the 220 g cable weight can be repositioned to adjust the switching differential; placing the weight farther from the float increases the differential.
