    Pairs well with

This 9010 variant combines a 40 m Neoprene rubber cable with a microswitch having both NO and NC contacts. Its robust ABS housing has a smooth surface that helps reduce adhesion of foreign materials. The specified liquid temperature range is 5°C to 60°C, with liquid density from 0.65 to 1.5 g/cm³.

The switching mechanism uses a microswitch with both NO and NC contacts. Its switching angle is 20° from horizontal, with a maximum run current of 6 A at 240 Vac. Contact life is specified at 10,000 switches and switching speed at 600/min.

    The switch is specified for IP68 protection at 20 m (65 ft) and a 0.35 MPa working pressure. It uses a ø7 mm / 3 x 0.75 mm² Neoprene rubber cable with a length of 40 m.

Excellent buoyancy is one of the stated series features. The cable is secured at the required height during setup, and the 220 g cable weight is moved relative to the float to set the switching differential.

    Features

    • Smooth, robust ABS housing helps reduce adhesion of foreign materials.
    • 40 m Neoprene rubber cable, specified at ø7 mm / 3 x 0.75 mm².
    • IP68 protection is specified at 20 m (65 ft), with a 0.35 MPa working pressure rating.
    • ABS housing has manufacturer-specified good resistance to acid, alkaline fluids and petrol.
    • Microswitch provides NO and NC contacts with a 20° switching angle from horizontal.
    • Excellent buoyancy is a stated feature of the 9010 series.
    • Sliding detent action helps obviate wave-induced oscillation and maintain consistency in switching level accuracy.
    • 220 g cable weight allows the switching differential to be adjusted by changing its position relative to the float.
    • Maximum run current is 6 A at 240 Vac, with 10,000-switch contact life.
