Matelec FSW-12545 3 Float Multi-Level Float Switch for Wastewater

The Matelec FSW-12545 is a preassembled multi-level float switch system designed for reliable liquid level control in wastewater, sewage and stormwater applications. Featuring three independent floats mounted on a weighted support, it provides multiple switching points for pump start, stop and high-level alarm functions, making it ideal for automated pump stations and large sump installations.

The floats are arranged on a tangle-resistant “float tree” assembly that eliminates the need for separate float installation, conduit routing or complex wiring identification. Each float operates independently via mechanically activated snap-action contacts, ensuring accurate and dependable switching even in turbulent liquid conditions.

Fully resin-filled and IP68 rated, the system is designed for continuous submersible operation in harsh environments. A horizontal pivot design improves switching consistency, while the integrated weight stabilises the assembly and prevents movement caused by flow or pump operation.

Supplied with a multicore cable, the FSW-12545 provides a simple plug-and-deploy solution for multi-point level sensing where durability, accuracy and installation speed are critical.
