Matelec FSW-12580 9011 IP68 Stainless Steel Float Switch for High Temperature

The Matelec FSW-12580 is a heavy-duty high-temperature submersible float switch engineered for reliable liquid level control in hot water, industrial fluids and demanding process environments. Designed to operate in liquids up to 125 °C, it is ideal for boilers, hot storage tanks, process vessels and high-temperature sumps where conventional plastic floats would fail.

Constructed with a robust SUS304 stainless steel housing and heat-resistant silicone rubber cable, the switch provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance and long service life. Its mechanically activated snap-action microswitch delivers precise switching with a wide operating angle, ensuring dependable pump or alarm control even in turbulent conditions.

The float is epoxy resin-sealed to prevent water ingress and maintain internal integrity during prolonged submersion. Rated IP68, it is suitable for continuous underwater operation under pressure. Switching levels can be adjusted by repositioning the supplied cable weight, allowing flexible installation across a wide range of tank sizes and control requirements.
