Operating from a single-phase 230 Vac electrical supply, the controller manages single-pump starting sequences. This bimetallic model utilizes a standard external thermal overload relay rated for 12 to 18 Amps of motor protection. The thermal overload features a normally closed contact that physically opens to cut the contactor starter circuit when excessive current is drawn. A natural bimetallic cooldown time is required before resetting the overload fault.
Configurable DIP switches select between single-pump level control and pressure-boosting operations. Level empty operation is managed by up to four float switches: low level, duty stop, duty start, and high level. In pressure mode, the controller activates the pump based on the duty start pressure switch input. The panel features manual mode continuous run or a five-minute manual timeout that automatically restores auto-control safety.
Indoor wall mounting is simplified by the IP54 single-door cabinet's integrated mounting holes and removable gland plate. The capacitive touch keypad provides scannable indicator lights for power, system, and alarm statuses.
