The FPC-81141 is a standard single-pump HydroSTART level controller designed for single-phase 230 Vac systems. It is housed in a powder-coated mild steel IP54 single-door enclosure, making it suitable for clean indoor wall mounting. This utility panel manages wastewater sump pits or water transfer applications by starting and stopping a single pump based on float levels.

The utility panel requires a single-phase 230 Vac power input to drive the switching control module and terminal outputs. Integrated current transformers provide adjustable electronic overload protection to safeguard the connected motor. The board supports selectable current ranges of 0.1 to 6 Amps and 5 to 16 Amps via DIP switch 4. A single current transformer is utilized on the active line to monitor the single-pump current draw.

The single-pump controller supports Level Control Mode for empty-pit applications and Pressure Control Mode for boost setups. If level mode is active, the single pump starts on duty start and stops when the stop input opens. In pressure mode, a pressure switch on input 3 triggers the pump, maintaining pressure setpoints. Manual pump control is supported via the keypad, with an optional five-minute timeout to automatically revert to auto mode.

The IP54 single-door mild steel enclosure is rated for clean indoor installations. The single-pump keypad features capacitive buttons for alarm muting and mode selection, with clear status LEDs. Visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms provide indication of system faults under smart chirp control. Standard connections include a volt-free common fault contact for BMS status and Modbus RTU RS485 for SCADA. Software safety includes low-level protection, prime-loss protection, and a 7-day pump anti-seize routine.
