This unit is housed in an indoor-rated IP54 single-door powder-coated mild steel enclosure. It provides basic pump management for sewage pump-out or transfer applications where space is limited.

    Powered by a standard three-phase 400 Vac supply, the controller routes switching current through its integrated contactor. Overload protection is handled by externally mounted current transformers, offering selectable CT ranges of 0.1 to 6 Amps and 5 to 16 Amps. This single-pump three-phase installation utilizes two current transformers to monitor two phase lines. Dials on the control module allow user-adjustable trip threshold calibration.

    DIP switch 1 on the control module selects between level empty control and pressure boost operations for the single three-phase pump. Level control uses float inputs to govern pump cycles, while pressure mode connects to a starting pressure switch. Manual control is enabled via the capacitive touch keypad, with a configurable five-minute manual timeout to prevent the pump from running indefinitely.

    The indoor IP54 mild steel panel includes contactors for three-phase switching and individual circuit breaker isolation. Keypad operation provides simple pump mode selection and scannable system status indicator lights. Onboard elements trigger a visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms provide indication of system faults under smart chirp control. BMS systems integrate via the volt-free common fault relay, and SCADA links utilize Modbus RTU RS485 terminals. Core protections include low-level shutdown and a 7-day pump anti-seize program.
