MATelec HydroSTART FPC-82141-SS Stainless Steel IP56 Inner Door 1PH 0.1-6A/5-16A Single Pump Controller

Sewage and stormwater pump-out applications requiring outdoor mounting can utilize a 316 stainless steel enclosure with an inner door. Designed for single-phase 230Vac power supplies, this single-pump arrangement incorporates electronic motor current sensing with selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A overload ranges.

System operation is configurable via onboard DIP switches for Level Control mode using up to 5 float switches or Pressure Control mode using up to 3 pressure switches (duty start, standby start, and low pressure). The controller incorporates electronic current sensing on a modified D trip curve to provide overload, undercurrent, zero current, low level, and prime loss fault protections, along with an anti-seize function that runs the pump periodically during low use.

Local monitoring and control are provided through a capacitive touch keypad featuring indicator lights for power, system enable, level alarms, pump auto/manual modes, pump run status, and fault diagnostics. Alarm notifications include a visual strobe and an audible buzzer with smart chirp mode, which silences the buzzer after 5 minutes and chirps periodically. An integrated padlockable mains power isolator switch, individual pump circuit breaker, and 12Vdc low-voltage input circuits provide isolation and protection.

Housed in a 400 x 300 x 200 mm 316 stainless steel enclosure with an inner door, the unit is IP56 rated for outdoor mounting. Terminal connections include a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS output for common fault signaling, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
