MATelec HydroSTART FPC-82143-CON Mild Steel IP56 3PH 0.1-6A/5-16A Single Pump Controller with Conductivity Probes

Three-phase pump installations requiring conductivity probe inputs can be configured with an integrated conductivity module. Operating on a 400Vac three-phase supply (4 core and earth with neutral), this panel combines contactor pump switching with a Conductivity Module supporting up to 5 probe inputs plus common.

The Conductivity Module communicates via ME-NET and incorporates a programmable 0 to 10 second delay between probe signal received and signal sent to the control module, assisting in alleviating false alarms. Electronic motor current sensing is provided via two current transformers monitoring two phases across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A ranges. The control module includes low level lockout, undercurrent, zero current, and pump anti-seize protections.

The panel features a capacitive touch keypad displaying system power, system enable, probe level status, pump auto/manual selections, running state, and fault diagnostic codes. Local alarms feature an integrated visual strobe and audible buzzer with smart chirp silencing. A padlockable mains power isolator switch and dedicated circuit breaker protect the installation.

The unit is built into a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, providing an IP56 rating for outdoor mounting. Hardware includes a removable bottom gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault relay output, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
