MATelec HydroSTART FPC-82143-CON/SMS Mild Steel IP56 3PH 0.1-6A/5-16A Single Pump Controller with SMS

Three-phase pumping installations requiring conductivity probe inputs combined with SMS messaging can be configured with dual option modules. This 400Vac three-phase single-pump panel incorporates both a Conductivity Module (up to 5 probe inputs plus common) and an ME-Link module for SMS alarm/status messaging.

The Conductivity Module communicates via ME-NET and features a programmable 0 to 10 second delay between probe signal received and signal sent to the control module, assisting in alleviating false alarms. The integrated ME-Link module provides SMS alarm and status messaging functionality. The controller operates a three-phase pump contactor with current transformers monitoring two phases across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A ranges, backed by low level lockout, undercurrent, and zero current protections.

The enclosure door features a capacitive touch keypad with indicator lights for power, system enable, probe level states, pump mode, pump run, and fault codes. An integrated visual strobe and audible buzzer with smart chirp silencing provide local alarm alerts. A padlockable mains power isolator and dedicated circuit breaker ensure electrical isolation.

Housed in a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, the panel is IP56 rated for outdoor mounting. Hardware includes a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault relay output, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
