MATelec HydroSTART FPC-82143-SS Stainless Steel IP56 Inner Door 3PH 0.1-6A/5-16A Single Pump Controller

Water transfer and pressure boosting systems operating on a three-phase 400Vac electrical supply can be housed in an outdoor 316 stainless steel enclosure with an inner door. This single-pump panel requires a 4 core and earth supply with a neutral wire, utilizing a contactor for pump switching and two current transformers monitoring two phases across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A current ranges.

The control module operates in Level Control mode with up to 5 float switches or Pressure Control mode with up to 3 pressure switches, selected via DIP switch 1. Built-in fault protections include electronic overload on a modified D trip curve, low level lockout, low pressure shutdown after 60 seconds, prime loss shutdown after 30 seconds of no flow, undercurrent, zero current, and pump anti-seize protection.

The inner door accommodates a capacitive touch keypad displaying system power, system enable, level alarms, pump mode (auto/manual with optional 5-minute timeout), run feedback, and specific fault codes. Visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms alert operators on site, with smart chirp mode automatically silencing the buzzer after 5 minutes. A padlockable mains power isolator switch and individual circuit breaker provide electrical safety.

Enclosed in a 400 x 400 x 200 mm 316 stainless steel enclosure with an inner door, the assembly is IP56 rated for outdoor mounting. Standard equipment includes a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS relay output for common fault signaling, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
