Single-phase dual-pump stations can be configured with a battery backup high level alarm option. Operating from a 230Vac power supply, this panel includes the BBHLS battery backup high level alarm while providing standard pump control, duty alternation, and electronic motor protection.

The controller provides automated dual-pump management with duty alternation on start and after 30 minutes of continuous running. When the standby start input closes, the second pump starts to assist. A 3-second staggered start delay prevents simultaneous motor starting. Electronic motor current sensing protects both pumps across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A overload ranges with undercurrent and zero current monitoring.

The panel features a dual-pump capacitive touch keypad with indicator lights for power, system enable, level alarms, individual pump run status, auto/manual modes, and fault codes. An integrated visual strobe and audible buzzer with smart chirp silencing provide local fault notifications. DIP switches configure Level Control with up to 5 float switches or Pressure Control with up to 3 pressure switches.

Housed in a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, the unit is IP56 rated for outdoor mounting. Hardware includes a padlockable mains isolator, individual circuit breakers per pump, a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault output, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
