Single-phase dual-pump installations requiring run capacitors can be configured with the RCAP option. This single-phase 230Vac panel features run capacitors while managing dual-pump duty alternation and motor protection.

The controller regulates dual-pump operation with automatic duty alternation on start and after 30 minutes of continuous run, or after 6 hours in recirculation mode. The standby pump engages when the standby start input closes, supported by a 3-second staggered start delay to prevent simultaneous starting surges. Independent electronic current sensing protects each motor across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A overload ranges.

Operator feedback is provided via a dual-pump capacitive touch keypad displaying power, system enable, level alarms, pump run states, auto/manual modes, and fault diagnostics. Built-in strobe and audible buzzer alarms feature smart chirp silencing. DIP switches allow configuration for Level Control (up to 5 floats) or Pressure Control (up to 3 pressure switches).

The unit is housed in a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, providing an IP56 rating for outdoor mounting. Features include a padlockable mains isolator, individual pump circuit breakers, a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault relay, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
