MATelec HydroSTART FPC-82241-SRCAPA Mild Steel IP56 1PH 0.1-6A/5-16A Dual Pump Controller

Single-phase pump installations requiring start and run capacitors can be accommodated with the SRCAP configuration. This single-phase 230Vac panel includes start and run capacitors while managing dual-pump sequencing and electronic motor protection.

The controller coordinates dual-pump duty sharing and alternation on start and after 30 minutes of continuous run. When the standby start input closes, the standby pump activates to assist. A 3-second staggered start delay prevents simultaneous motor starting and associated line voltage drop. Electronic current sensing provides independent overload protection across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A ranges with a modified D trip curve.

The panel features a dual-pump capacitive touch keypad with status LEDs for power, system enable, level alarms, individual pump run status, auto/manual modes, and fault codes. Visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms include smart chirp silencing. The controller supports Level Control (up to 5 floats) or Pressure Control (up to 3 pressure switches) via DIP switch selection.

Built into a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, the panel is IP56 rated for outdoor mounting. Hardware includes a padlockable mains isolator, individual circuit breakers per pump, a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault output, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
